It’s not one I’ve read before, at least, not in a relaxed, “Oh! I wonder what this is about,” kind of way. I have, previously and several times over, dissected it in that clinical way you have to for GCSEs and A levels, which completely puts you off the whole thing. (Does me, anyway.)
But I’ve never picked it up and thought, “Hmmm. I wonder if it really is any good.”
And the thing about my brain (one of the things) is that I can watch a TV show or read a book and then a year later, forget the details and watch or read it again as if it’s for the first time. Quite handy, really. Saves on the Amazon bill!
So yes, I read the book and I really enjoyed it. It’s quite a page turner and I can recommend it wholeheartedly. Even if I say so myself!
What’s the book? It’s this one 😁
(I’m really looking forward to the next book. Wish the author would get on and publish it.)
